Journal Prompt 1 - Who Do You Want to Be?

I think I want to start sharing journal prompts with you all.
There are times when I think of a question to ask my audience, and -- when I think of how I would answer my own question -- I go on a deep dive into my own thoughts, feelings, and desires.
I ask simple questions and get profound answers.
Today's journal prompt:
Who do you want to be?
When was the last time you gave any thought to who you really want to be? Did you make notes?
You can think and talk about all the details of your life, both the big and the small, like:
I dress in a certain way.
My hair is...
I wear ............ perfume.
I journal daily.
I get 10,000 steps a day
I go to the gym regularly
I drink 100 oz of water per day
I am kind and helpful
I have healthy boundaries
I am flexible
I can hear criticism without being defensive
My relationships are loving and balanced
I work for myself
I have published books
I write daily
I share my best work in a win-win way
I listen deeply
I can hold space
People like to share with me
I have enough to be super generous
and so on.
Talk about things like how you spend your day and your accomplishments.
Here's the thing -- When you start thinking about the potential you have and what you actually want, it's much easier to make positive changes in your life.
And the more detail you give your visions of yourself, from scent, site, feeling, touching, tasting... it makes it easier for you to GET what you truly want.
You want your home to smell like vanilla cookies are always baking in the oven. Do it!
You want to look powerful and fit? Do it -- Of course, to the best of your abilities. I know there are a broad range of situations that affect physical health and sport performance.
Think about how you want to feel about your life and relationships.
Think about how you spend your time and with whom.
Think about making choices that will get you into closer alignment with this person.
You can do this check-in with yourself once per quarter, if you'd like. That way, you can note your progress and any shifts in perspective you have.
