When was the last time you used a Wheel of Life for an honest life review and goal setting session?

It's really important, from time to time, to sit down and take an honest look at your life.
Are you living up to your expectations? Are you achieving your goals? Fulfilling your desires? Having fun? Is your life as wonderful and magical as you'd like it to be?
Or do you feel like some areas are somehow blocked or lacking? Do you feel disappointed in any area of your life?
How to use a Wheel of Life
When you use the Wheel of Life tool, you have a chance to evaluate different areas of your life, rating each area for where you are on a scale from 1-10 -- and also where you would like to be.
I would recommend looking at the following areas of your life:
Health
Personal Growth
Finance
Family
Career
Relaxation
Relationships
Spirituality
You can use this worksheet to log your answers.
I would recommend setting aside some quite time to really focus in on your life.
Be honest with yourself, too. There's no shame in starting where you are with what you have. That's where everyone starts.
And really being honest helps you decide where you need to take action and where you're content for the moment.
If you do the worksheet, take the time to color in each sector. Get creative. Use a lighter color for where you are and a darker color for where you'd like to be. Or a dull color for where you are and vibrant, jewel-tones for where you'd like to be.
Set priorities for growth. Think about which changes are most important for you to make. Take notes. Maybe even jot down a blurb for each area in your journal so you can document your current situation and create clear goals improvement and growth.
Check in with yourself once per quarter so you can give yourself time to the result of changes you make in your behaviors, thought patterns, and... well, and your life! See how much you grow and accomplish. Reassess your priorities. Set new goals.
💡 Glue your Wheel of Life into your journal so you can refer back to it.
